1. Introduction
Welcome to Korgi ("the App"), a mobile application developed and published by Kohle&Kohli ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
3. No Data Collection
Korgi is a fully offline application. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data or personal information from you. The App does not require an internet connection, does not feature user accounts, and does not incorporate any analytics or data collection tools.
4. One-Time Purchase
Korgi requires a one-time purchase to use. Buying the App grants you permanent, unlimited access to all its features — no subscriptions, no additional purchases.
All sales are final. Since the purchase provides immediate and permanent access to digital content, we do not offer refunds, except as required by applicable law.
The purchase is handled entirely by your device's platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Any payment processing and related issues are subject to the terms and policies of those respective platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all software, graphics, artwork, and content, are the exclusive property of Kohle&Kohli and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's software.
- Copy, redistribute, or publish the App's content without our express permission.
- Use any unauthorized means to modify or interfere with the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Kohle&Kohli SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, you may be entitled to the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, except that:
- If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
- If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We strive to resolve any disputes amicably. Please contact us before initiating any formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
